These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you (“User”, “Candidate”, or “Student”) and Silicon Nomad Ltd, a private limited company registered in England and Wales under Company Number trading as sub90ESAT (“sub90ESAT”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By registering an account, accessing diagnostic sprints, purchasing an admissions pass, or using any feature of https://www.sub90esat.com, you explicitly confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the platform.
If you are under 18 years of age, you confirm that you have obtained the consent of your parent or legal guardian to register an account and purchase any paid passes.

The terms “ESAT”, “Engineering and Science Admissions Test”, “Pearson VUE”, “Cambridge”, “Imperial College”, and “UCL” are trademarks or registered trademarks of their respective owners. Any reference to these marks on this website is made strictly for nominative, descriptive, and educational purposes to identify the examination format and university degree admissions pathways for which our preparation tools are tailored.
Our 75 Master Question Archetypes, SymPy-verified question generation algorithms, 40-minute mock exam simulation timing parameters, and Sub-90 dry-wipe heuristics are original educational works developed independently by Silicon Nomad Ltd. Past paper exercise solutions for Mathematics 2 are independent educational expositions.
While our curriculum is engineered to maximize candidate pacing and accuracy, Silicon Nomad Ltd makes no representation, warranty, or guarantee that using sub90ESAT will result in a specific score, interview offer, or admission to any university course.

Instant Subscription Cancellation Policy
We believe in total transparency and zero customer friction. If you subscribe to our recurring plan (Intensive Monthly Pass at £39.00/month):
- 1-Click Online Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time directly from your Account Settings by clicking “Cancel Subscription”. No phone calls, waiting periods, or customer service retention hurdles.
- Email Cancellation: Alternatively, you may email us at support@sub90esat.com with your account email address requesting cancellation, and our team will process it promptly.
- Continued Access Until Cycle End: Once cancelled, you will not be billed for subsequent billing cycles. Your paid access remains fully unlocked and active until the end of the current prepaid 30-day billing cycle.
- No Cancellation Fees: There are zero cancellation fees, exit penalties, or administration charges.
UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 Compliance
In accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015:
Statutory Notice: Immediate Supply of Digital Content & Waiver of Cooling-Off Period
Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulation 37(1), when purchasing access to digital content not supplied on a tangible medium (such as our online practice question bank, mock exams, and lessons), the statutory 14-day cancellation cooling-off period is lost once digital supply begins.
Express Consent & Acknowledgment: When you purchase an Intensive Monthly Pass or Complete Season Pass, you expressly request and consent to the immediate supply of the digital content upon completion of checkout. You acknowledge that by receiving immediate digital access, your statutory right to cancel the contract within 14 days under Regulation 29 is waived and lost.
Consumer Rights Act 2015 Preserved: Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes your non-waivable statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. You are entitled to digital content that is as described, fit for purpose, and of satisfactory quality. If our digital service is faulty or inaccessible due to an error on our part, you have the right to request a repair or replacement, or a price reduction/refund if the fault cannot be remedied within a reasonable period.
6Acceptable Use & Intellectual Property Protection
All materials available on sub90ESAT—including but not limited to question stems, diagrams, vector SVGs, answer options, explanations, heuristic algorithms, lesson cards, computer code, and user interface designs—are the exclusive intellectual property of Silicon Nomad Ltd or its licensors, protected by UK and international copyright, trademark, and database protection laws.
When you purchase access, you are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the content solely for your own individual university admissions preparation. You agree not to:
- Share, sell, rent, sublicense, or distribute your account credentials or access passes to any third party.
- Scrape, crawl, harvest, or extract questions, diagrams, or content using automated bots, scripts, or spiders.
- Copy, reproduce, modify, or republish question stems, solutions, or lesson cards in public forums, social media, or competing courses.
- Attempt to decompile, reverse-engineer, or disassemble any part of the sub90ESAT software platform.
Violation of these rules will result in immediate termination of account access without refund, and Silicon Nomad Ltd reserves the right to pursue civil and injunctive remedies for copyright infringement.
7Sub-90 AI Coach & Interactive Tools
The Sub-90 AI Coach is an interactive educational tool powered by Google Gemini AI, designed to provide Socratic guidance, identify distractor traps, and analyze question split times. The AI Coach does not give away direct answers without pedagogical reasoning.
AI responses are provided for educational purposes only. While our models are tuned to rigorous mathematical and scientific criteria, candidates should apply critical thinking and independently verify complex derivations. Silicon Nomad Ltd is not responsible for erroneous interpretations generated by machine learning models.
8Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by English law, Silicon Nomad Ltd and its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or educational outcome disappointments, arising from the use or inability to use the platform.
In any event, Silicon Nomad Ltd’s aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of sub90ESAT shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Silicon Nomad Ltd in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to liability.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by the laws of England and Wales.
9Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
You and Silicon Nomad Ltd irrevocably agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
